*Please note that do to current economy, prices on resin, foam and other materials have increased significantly and these increases are NOT reflected in approximate cost to build listed below. In addition, the time to acquire materials has increased to 6 – 12 weeks.

These prices are an average that our clients might spend for a Catamaran Based on a 2026 launch date when started in 2024.
These prices are based on that future increase percentage of materials, labor, etc. that will no doubt increase during the build.
Of course, elaborate electronics and decor may exceed this, it’s all up to you, it’s your dream. The alternate column shown is a higher average with additional amenities.
Billing is based on actual time and materials at cost and billed weekly, you pay as we build what you want.
We do not build Catamarans to sell, we build each client their dream.
Get started right away ~ NO large deposit required.
Time to build a basic 60′ is approximately 20 months, however some options may exceed this estimate. Trimarans may take longer (extra hull) and increase the basic price.
HOUSEBOAT & Pricing
The size and what clients will spend on their dream and is up to them and what they want.
We do know that just the barge or floating platform, built with the same materials we use on our Ocean-going yachts, is about $125 a square foot. Shells can average $300k to 450k , just depends on the clients and what they want to do or need help with.
Price your whole interior yourself from Lowes, Home Depot, Ikea etc. for what you want for cabinets, windows, etc.
We encourage clients to come and work on their project, we also have an RV site here on the river. We build the part that they need help with and train them from the beginning on the glass work. They supply their own appliances and with a little help, can do the plumbing and electrical.
Popularity lately is the powered house boats with the ability to be cruising the San Juan’s and inside passage. The 80′ recently launched has twin in/outs.
