These prices are an average that our clients might spend for a Catamaran Based on a 2014 launch date, if started in 2012.  These prices are based on that future  increase percentage of materials, labor, etc, that will no doubt increase during the build.
Of course, elaborate electronics and decor may exceed this, it's all up to you, it's your dream.  The alternate column shown is a higher average with additional amenities.

Clients choose a monthly spend rate they are comfortable with, this to cover the costs of construction as we build.

  Billing is based on actual time and materials at cost and billed weekly.
 
  Time to build a basic 60' is approximately 24 months, however options
may exceed this estimate.
